ما البيانات التي نجمعها؟What data do we collect?
اسمك ورقم موبايلك وعنوان التوصيل وصورة الروشتة عند رفعها، فقط لتجهيز طلبك والتواصل معك. لا نجمع أكثر مما يلزم.Your name, mobile number, delivery address, and prescription image when uploaded, only to prepare your order and contact you. We do not collect more than needed.
من يرى الروشتة؟Who sees my prescription?
الصيدلي المسؤول عن طلبك فقط. الصورة محفوظة بشكل آمن ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة أخرى.Only the pharmacist handling your order. The image is stored securely and never shared with any third party.
هل الدفع آمن؟Are payments secure?
نعم. يتم الدفع عبر بوابات موثوقة، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك على خوادمنا. السعر يحسبه النظام ويؤكده الصيدلي.Yes. Payments go through trusted gateways, and we do not store your card details on our servers. The price is computed by the system and confirmed by the pharmacist.
